Feeling Stuck or Needing Clarity?

A Sounding Board Session offers you a space to pause, reflect, and think things through with support before you take your next step.

We’re both ex-market researchers turned therapists who recognize the value of thinking out loud. This is helpful whether you’re analysing data or processing emotions. But we recognise that finding a space to do this isn’t always easy to do.

If you don’t need therapy but don’t want to commit to a coaching programme, finding a space where you can just unpack your thoughts with somebody trained to listen can be difficult.

And this is why we’ve created Your Sounding Boards as a space that offers you just that: structured and facilitated time to help you order your thoughts with people who know how to listen.

As ex researchers we know how to analyse information and recognise what data does and doesn’t say. And as therapists we know how to hold space and facilitate exploration of challenging topics.

Ayanda Dlamini-Wolff

Hi, I’m Ayanda (she/her). I am in private practice helping clients from the global majority to reconnect to and re-member themselves. Prior to my practice, I worked in audience research for 15+ years in the media sector. I have a deep interest in how people make sense of themselves and their place in the world.

This curiosity guides my therapeutic work, where I support clients in gently unpacking inherited stories,
making space for ways of being more grounded in authenticity and alignment.
